Mounting Methods
We use different anchoring methods for mounting the prefabricated concrete elements to steel or concrete structures. Determining factors are the type of construction, fitting in or against the construction and the purpose of the wall mounting.
Anchor Rails
The prefabricated concrete elements are often attached to steel structures with the anchor rail systems. The galvanized anchor rails (most common types 28/15 and 38/17) are inserted into concrete elements. The rails are processed with an easy removable water-repellent mousse which prevents the penetration of the liquid concrete. In order to easily adjust the length of the rail, it is equipped with a corresponding hammer-head bolt. The prefabricated concrete elements are anchored to the steel profiles with metal Z-shaped clamping plates.
